Hi, I'm Bonni London!

I have been a Registered Dietitian for 24 years. I have also succumbed to uncontrollable cravings, such as buying a box of cookies “for my twins” that they, sadly never even tasted! I have also fallen victim to consuming 3 slices of pizza in the car when all I intended to do was have a bite! I believe it happens to most of us who live in the modern world with the easy accessibility of hyper-palatable foods. I also now know, that there are reasons we can all feel out of control with our cravings, and more importantly, there is something we can do about it!


Back in the 1980s, I followed the latest greatest diet and exercise recommendations. You know the ones I mean - they shunned fat, focused heavily on carbohydrates, and touted the benefits of steady-state cardio.


I was constantly hungry and found myself consuming endless bowls of cereal and popcorn was a staple. I was also a gym rat, logging regular hours of cardio, which only made me MORE hungry.


Then I had an epiphany!


In order to REALLY help others, I needed to start with ME.


That epiphany was more than 20 years ago. The good news is: that I’ve been able to maintain the same size without dieting or extreme exercise! Sure, I occasionally overindulge, but I no longer punish myself which means that it stops there, I have an occasional indulgence with no guilt!


Today I work with people who are


tired of feeling guilty for something that isn’t their fault

ready for permanent weight loss and looking great in the mirror.

Ready to eat food that makes them feel good now and in the long term.
